Three Things with Dylann – January 21, 2024

I’ve had a lot of down time this month since I’ve been recovering from surgery. Here are a few highlights I’ve come across that I highly recommend!

Have you seen these book nook kits? Hubby gave me one for Christmas and I can’t wait to dive in and get started. They’re miniatures you create to put on your bookshelf and they come with lights. All the tiny accessories and decor makes my heart so happy! There are tons to choose from on Amazon. If you love crafting and want to add something extra special to your bookshelf, check them out here!

I’ll keep you posted on my progress when I get going!

I’ve jumped on the Reacher bandwagon and holy smokes, this guy is strong enough to handle all of us. He’s the epitome of an ideal romance hero… protective, hot, wicked smart, hot, all-around badass, hot, and you get plenty of eye candy moments when he’s changing shirts. LOL. This is one hubby and I can watch together even though I don’t think he enjoys the muscles nearly as much as I do. Seriously, I watch it for the plot! If you have Amazon prime, it’s included. Otherwise, you can buy a whole season for less than the cost of lunch and lemme tell you… it’s worth it! Check him, I mean, the show, out here!

I’ve tried several different meal kits over the past few months, and I think I finally found a winner. With my kiddos involved in work, sports, and school activities, meal planning has become such a pain in the a$$. I started dreading the inevitable “What’s for dinner” question that popped up every day. We went through quite a few other kits before I found Home Chef. If you’re looking for a time-saving way to put home-cooked meals on the table, I’d highly recommend it. It’s not as cheap as doing meal plans and shopping yourself, but it saves me so much time, energy and effort, it’s worth the extra expense for me. What I love about it… the meals are actually good, there’s a lot of variety, they’re super easy to prepare (especially the ones you pretty much just pop in the oven) and the instructions are so simple, even my kids can make them.

If you want to try it out, you can get 18 meals for free if you use my link here.
