Three Things with Dylann – March 1, 2025

Here’s what I’m been reading, watching and listening to recently. How about you?

Can we talk about Fourth Wing by Rebecca Yarros? Because I am obsessed. This book completely took over my life—in the best way. The high-stakes world of Basgiath War College? Intense. The dragons? Absolutely amazing. And don’t even get me started on the romance—it had me swooning and stressing out at the same time. The whole story kept me on the edge of my seat, and now I have a serious book hangover. I just finished Iron Flame and will be starting Onyx Storm tonight! If you haven’t read it yet, trust me, you need to. The first two books are in Kindle Unlimited or you can pick them up at your favorite e-book retailer or in most brick and mortar bookstores. They’ve even got some super cool special editions out right now!

In my spare time (LOL, what’s that, right?), I’ve been binge-watching Younger on Netflix, and I have no idea why I waited so long to start it. The whole idea of a 40-year-old pretending to be 26 to get back into the publishing world? Hysterical. The drama, the friendships, the romance (no spoilers, I’m just finishing season one) and all the behind-the-scenes publishing drama make it so addictive. It’s the perfect mix of fun and drama, and I can’t stop watching. You can find it on Netflix or snag the entire series over at Amazon.

On the audiobook front, I’m just finishing The Last Flight by Julie Clark, and WOW. This one had me hooked from the start. It’s about two women switching identities to escape their lives, and the twists and turns just keep coming. The dual timelines and alternating POVs made it even more gripping, and the audiobook narration is so well done. I keep looking for little pockets of time to listen just to see what happens next. If you love thrillers that keep you guessing, definitely check it out. You can find it on Amazon or at your favorite online e-book retailer!

So, what have you been reading, watching, or listening to lately? Drop your recs in the comments—I’m always looking for my next obsession!
